Skip Tracing
We offer a tracing service for clients/debtors that have moved on from their last known address, or confirmation that the debtor still resides at a given address. We have a strong pool of skilled and experienced skip tracers on telephone, databases, internet, social media and field based.
Debt Collection
We take over and handle the full process of debt collection and recovery reducing the in- house fixed costs to variable cost-effective costs and deliver a service which is a second to none. Our extremely professional and tested methods, highly trained and inspired collection staff aimed at achieving positive results with the use of modern technology. We offer the following service son callouts:
Repossesion of two and four whelled vehicles
Conducts collection effort for the payment of delinquent accounts with chattel mortgages or facilitate the recovery of possession off our wheeled or two wheeled vehicles. This service aims to mitigate Loses by negotiating with the borrower either to pay the past due amount, settle the account through dacion en pago or voluntary surrender of the motor vehicle.

How it all Started
GoldenDragon Call Center Services is founded by a young and determined couple, Mikhail Kevin Ochoa, President and Camille Orteza, Chief Executive Officer.
Mik has extensive experience in the local collection industry. His most recent post is as Head of Analytics for three years at RGS Recovery Management Services Inc. Prior to that, he worked in various collection agencies as an admin staff and consequently as a team leader. He worked his way up the ranks while he was able to stay true to his passion, working with Microsoft Excel.
Camille do have broad background in collections both international and local. She worked at Wells Fargo Bank initially as a collector and consequently was promoted as a Team Leader. When a better opportunity arose, she then moved as a Senior Team Leader at American Express International. When she became a parent, grave yard shift is no longer ideal so she had to look for a day shift job and luckily, she was offered a post as Quality and Training Manager at RGS Recovery Management and Collection Services INC. After six months, she was promoted as Operations Manager and she was one for a little over two years.
Since the two spearheaded different departments, they bring something different to the table and when combined, they are perfect combination. Bringing everything they learned and experienced under their belt, the couple decided to take the road less travelled and bravely ventured a new journey and put up their own company.
Their Biggest WHY?
Life has been good to Camille and Mik but Why were they determined to take the high road? Their son, their biggest why. As time passed by, bills also started to catch up. They are both excellent at what they do and the people they used to work with can attest to that. However, they realized that being an employee will not open doors for them to provide a comfortable life for their son. Soon after, their new journey begun.
The two did not have much savings but they have immeasurable dream for their family to have a comfortable future. Their determination and strong will are their greatest asset and they believe that should be more than enough for them to thrive in this business.
The company does not have much to brag and is a work in progress but they are adamant that this is just the beginning and their story has many more chapters to unfold.
